IInd EC Meeting Minutes of CAMS 2025-2026 held @ Vee Care Systems
Deadline for subscription collection is Fixed as 30th June 2025, So as to enable all confed benefits like Insurance etc. As they have fixed, asked the member association to give the member list before 30th July.
• Members are requested to fill the google form sent in the WhatsApp to correct the database for the issue of ID Card, Membership certificate & Confed Insurance.
• Communication will be sent to Ambal computers, Mr. Ramesh asking for the GST update. He will be given 90 days time for that update.
• Once the subscription collection is completed, we will be planning for the Bachelor trip and Family get together within the next 3-5 months.
• Confed Cricket match issue will be taken up in the Confed Ist Ec Meeting.
• Quotations will be collected from Various Insurance companies for the Mediclaim Policy of our Members.
• During the Vendor meeting, we will be requesting the vendor to bring their service head along with them, so solve various service issues pertaining to that brand.
• Before every vendor meeting a google form will be sent to collect whether any issue is there for our member in service of that particular brand. Which will be sent to the vendor for getting clarification in the meeting itself.
