VIth EC Meeting Minutes of CAMS 2025-2026 held @ UNION CLUB 

• President Thanked all the EC Members & OB’S for collecting subscription from all the members within the stipulated time period
• ID Card will be issued to all members within the mid of September 25
• Member certificate will be issued to all the members.
• Blood donation camp will be conducted along with the Rotary Club of Madurai down town on August 15TH at IMA Hall Madurai.
• The CAMS RELAX 2025 place was finalized as ATHIRAPALLI.
• For CAMS RELAX 2025 two van will be arranged by the association along with 6 time food. (ONE GALA DINNER ON 30.08.2025).
• Confed has requested us to Conduct CRICKET TOURNAMENT this year. But as Majority of our EC said no to this project we are dropping this plan and it was also informed to the Confed Team.
• Members who have not paid their subscription will be removed from the CAMS WHATTSAPP Group and Mailing group.
• 3 Members who voluntarily opted out of CAMS will be removed from the group. (CrystalComputers, Serve u Network, & Micromedia Infomatics).
• Ins-spite of many remainders continuously for four months, AmbalComputers Mr. Ramesh is unable to take GST no. Hence, we have not collected subscriptions from him. Once he produces GST registration no., we will collect subscription from him and he will continue as usual member, till then any benefit of the association will not be provided to him. Considering his long association with CAMS, It was decided to allow one more month as grace period to take GST, failing which he will be removed from CAMS.
