CAMS AGM 2026 Minutes

Venue: Hotel JC Residency, Madurai
President welcomed all the members, with Tamil Thai Vazhthu, followed by President Speech.
President spoken about the various activities carried out during this year from 01.04.2025 to till date.
Condolence message was given by the Vice president.
Secretary gave a details report of the activities carried out.
Secretary Report : We took over the office of CAMS on 01.04.2025, the following activities has been completed this year.
Management Front :
- Subscription was collected from members within the time frame. We thanked all the EC members for collecting the same.
- Mail Group was moderated and well maintained. WhatsApp group was streamlined like, Official, Social, Sports & Business Network.
- So far we had 11 vendor meetings. Members were invited thru’ SMS and email for the same.
- We had conducted 5 office bearers meeting and 10 EC meetings, in which 1 EC meetings was held out side of Madurai.
- Membership certificate & Member ID Card was distributed to all the members for the first time.
Social Responsibility :
- We conducted blood donation camp, in association with Rotary Club of Down Town on 15th Aug 2015. Thanks to our member Rtn. Renganathan.
- For the blood donors a memento was given this year. The blood donated members were honored by our President in the GB Meeting.
Member Welfare Activities :
- All work and no play would lead to boredom, hence CAMS organized a bachelor’s tour to Athirapalli and the tour was named as “CAMS Relax 2025”.
- For the Tour, from the CAMS Side Traveling, Food on Travel and one time Gala dinner was given.
- Members were greeted on their Birthdays and Wedding anniversaries.
- To share the happiness of Diwali Festival among our members, we distributed sweets to all the members.
- Sports team Cricket and shuttle participated in the confed-ita sports activites.
- Diary 2026 was given to all the members and sponsors, who sponsored us for the various association activities.
- This year the family get together was organized with one night stay in a 5 star property in Munnar. Totally 14 families of around 45 no. of members family participated in this get together. Gift’s were distributed to all the Kids and family members who all won the fun games. Return gifts worth Rs.4000 was also given to participated family.
- A sum of Rs. 25000 from CAMS and Rs. 1,00,000 from Confed-ita was handed over to the wife of our demised Member Mr. Kamalakannan.
- Along with confed-ita all members were insured for the PA Policy. Members family and staff were also insured at a discounted price.
- Along with confed-ita full body check up was organized at Thyrocare for the members and their families at a discounted rate.
- The year end gift worth Rs.3000 (Prestige Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker) was given to all the members.
Treasurer gave a detailed report about the Various Income and Expenses incurred for each and every activity. He promised to send the audited statement in the official mail group once it is completed. The floor approved the accounts submitted by the treasurer.
Mr. Senthil of Sensha Technology updated the status of the Roc Filling. He gave the assurance that the ROC Filling for the pervious two years will be completed in a couple of days.
The EPO Mr. Muthusamy announced the new year for the year 2026-2027, and they were honoured by the president. The new team will take charge from 01.04.2026 and their tenure will 1 year upto 31.03.2027. The new team is as follows :

All the current office bearers’ will serve as advisors for next term with all Executive member privileges. All past presidents will continue to be in CAMS Core Committee.
The Past President Mr. Saravana sir of ANT SOLUTION and IPP Mr.Senthil Sir of DESKTOP COMPUTERS, spoke big about the functioning of the current team.
The incoming president in his acceptance speech assured all welfare activities and members’ health in particular.
Incoming treasure for the year 2026-2027 got approval to keep membership subscription at Rs. 4000- +18% GST. The floor approved the same.
Our Treasurer Mr. Muthuswamy announced that it was an honour to send our member, Mr. Senthil Kumar of Adithya, to the position of Confed-ITA treasurer post for the year 2026-2027. He asked all members to give him a big hand, and the members enthusiastically applauded
In the open forum SMA Saravanan sir objected the idea of auctioning the cricket kit, Mr. Muthusamy sir then gave a idea of Keeping the kit with office bearer and maintain a ledger, so that who ever want to play cricket can sign the ledger and get it instead of being kept by a particular group. He also announced that based on the cricket sports popularity we nurture, groom and develop a young team for future. The Members accepted these wholeheartedly.
