CAMS 2nd EC MEETING 2020-21 on 19/09/2020 @ Hotel Moskva

All Office bearers were Present

All EC Members were Present except Mr. Mayilvahanan, Mr. Uday, Mr. Narayanan, Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Maran and Mr. Kalyan (Confed EC)

EC Minutes 

1.  CAMS Subscription for the current current year calculated Rs.4000 – Rs.5000 and decided to take decision on 1st GB since for every member we have to pay Rs750-1000 to Confed .earlier it was Rs.200 per member.
2. Covid Kit of 2 mask and 1 Sanitizer worth around 15000 was distributed to all members.
3. Health Insurance with Confed was covered to interested member.
4. Salient prayer for demise of  Our member Mr. Jegan-Asian Computer and father of PC World Mr. Selvaraj, Mother of Joe Systems and son of Unique Systems
5. Association registration discussed and decided to have a final call in the forth coming GB.
6. Took approval for Medical assistance to our earlier member Mr. Shankar -Raj Computer and Mr. Jegan paper advertisement to be shared with friends for this fund raising program was discussed with RD .
7. Fund raising program for CAMS this year would be tough task and decided to execute some program as given below
   i) Trade of laptop, Printers with small volume to our members with lower end sqeu with special price .Details of transaction will be drafted to association after finalizing.
   ii) Calendar ,Diary and Diwali gift budget worked out and also planned to collect sponsors regarding this.
