Members around 40 attended the meeting.Meeting started with Silent prayer for demise of Our member Mr. Jegan-Asian Computer and father of PC World Mr.Selvaraj, Mother of Joe Systems Mr.Franics and son of Unique Systems Mr.Prakash
Minutes of General Body
1) CAMS Subscription for the current year fixed @ no Rs.5000 due to increase of Confed Subscription from Rs.1000 to Rs 250 earlier year per member and also auditing fee expenses raised for Society registration ,GST and IT filing so it was inevitable to have this subscription considering coming years in mind.
President Mr.Senthil briefed the below points in his speech
CAMS has been registered in the Company of firms and not audited for the first three years of its inception , it has to be renewed with a penalty of around Rs.2,50 lakh approx, floor decided to close the existing GST and other related papers by Sep 30 2020.
Fresh Papers to be registered for that any interested members can come forward with their Aadhaar Card, Pan Card. If not received, the current Office bearers paper has to be submitted . .Those who are submitting the papers will be in a panel of accounts for three years and assist the forthcoming team in registering the GST,IT and firm registration to avoid the same errors not to be repeated.And floor approved for the expenses occurred.

Condolence message speech for our member Mr.Jegan was delivered by President, Senior Member Mr.Selvaraj of Pc World and Mr.Muthusamy of Softech India and introduced Mr.Santhosh who will be the mandate holder for Asian Computers.

Gst tax paid Rs.1800
Paid Auditing Charges for filing GST Rs.1500 till August
Confed Subscription fee Rs.10000 paid (Rs,5000 is pending for getting clearance in GB)
Covid Kit and Relief fund Rs.50,000
Income generated
Rs,11800 from Microsoft.

Rs.21,000/-
Confed President and Team Visit to Meet Asian Computer Family
Room and Related Expenses :Rs.3000/-
