Discussions & Resolutions:

Welcome Address By President

President Mr. Sudhakaran called the meeting to order and welcomed the gathering. He thanked all the sponsors, who sponsored for the Sports, Family Get together and for the diary. He also got the approval to decide on year-end gift.

Self-appraisal of CAMS year 25-26

Secretary Mr. Mukesh started a self-evaluation of office bearers’ and EC members’ performance, issues encountered, and recommended areas for development. The following points need to taken into account the future:

1. Diary should not contain any office bears or ec members photo on the cover page which can be printed as initial inside pages.
2. Print quality of Member pages section need to be improved.
3. Diary work need to be started in the month of October itself.
4. Few members and advisors questioned about the cricket sports assets of CAMS, whether it had been handed over to JS as resolved in 7^thEC meet held at Union Club, Madurai on 25^thOctober 2025? It was informed to the floor that it was not done by our member Mr. Thirumaran. It was resolved unanimously that the sports assets must be auctioned after every match. One of the members had a doubt of replacing new assets with old assets, treasure informed that such malpractices will not happen in CAMS. It was decided to auction the sports assets in the upcoming GB.

Election date Announcement and fixing of EPO for CAMS year 26-27

The following preparedness had been done as the election is scheduled for 26-27.

1. Full member data list along with photos are updated and available as CAMS KYC
2. CAMS google groups are up to date except 10 following member yet to accept the google groups invitation.

3. WhatsApp group was updated removing the following members :
4. Mr. Mohammed Haroon of Telesys, as he wish to opt out from CAMS.
5. Mr. Ramesh of AmbalComputersas he closed his previous GST. As per his information  he had  taken a new GST in his wife’s name. He will continue as new CAMS member on behalf of his Wife from 1^st April 2026 if full filling all terms and conditions of CAMS bye-law and guidelines.

4. Mr. Muthuswamy of Softech India Computer Systems, our senior member and treasurer, has been named this year’s EPO. He will soon full fill his responsibilities as an EPO.

Un-audited Accounts statement submission

Treasurer presented the unaudited / unfinalized account statement to the floor. He explained the Income and Expenses statement. Few members asked for some clarifications and the treasurer clarified to the members’ satisfaction. He also confirmed that all receivables will be received before GB.

Renewal of association for the year 2024-2025

Our member Mr. Senthil of Sensha Technologies is helping as in renewing our Association RC for 23-24 and 24-25. Mr. Subash Chandra Bose of Double Yes Technologies will co-ordinate with him and complete this task before our GB.
