President welcomed all the members, with Tamil Thai Vazhthu, followed by President Speech.

Secretary Report : We took over the office of CAMS on 01.04.2025, the following are the achievements as on 27.09.2025.

Management Front :

1. Subscription was collected from members within the time frame.  We thanked all the EC members for collecting the same.
2. Mail Group was moderated and well maintained. WhatsApp group was streamlined like, Official, Social, Sports & Business Network.
3. So far we had 8 vendor meetings. Members were invited thru’ SMS and email for the same.
4. We had conducted 5 office bearers meeting and 6 EC meetings.
5. Membership certificate & Member ID Card was distributed.

Social Responsibility :

1. We conducted blood donation camp, in association with Rotary Club of Down Town on 15^th Aug 2015. Thanks to our member Rtn. Renganathan.
2. For the blood donors a memento was given this year. The following blood donated members were honored by our President in the GB Meeting

Member Welfare Activities :

1. All work and no play would lead to boredom, hence  CAMS organized  a bachelor’s tour to Athirapalli and the tour was named as “CAMS Relax 2025 Tour”.
2. For the Tour,  from the CAMS Side, we subsidized  the expense by providing VAN Expenses, food on travel and a fellowship.
3. Members were greeted on their Birthdays and Wedding anniversaries.

Future plan :

1. To share the happiness of Diwali Festival among our members, we will distribute sweets to all members. 
2. New year diary will be given to all members.
3. This year Family meeting will be organized in a grand manner.

Treasurer Report :

Treasurer’s Spoke in detail about the current fund position.

The bank balance as on 28th, Sep. 2025 is Rs. 4,84,838.60.

Though the cash balance after audit report and as per book is Rs. 14,399/-, actual balance is Rs. 6881/- as handed over by previous team. There were some omissions of expenses by auditor team and hence the actual balance is Rs. 6881/-. To this effect it was rectified in GB.

Treasurer received a proposal of Rs. 90,000/- to participate in Confed Cricket tournament and the sports chairman notified that if the players demanded non-veg food, then the cost would increase from Rs. 90.000/-

Treasurer informed the floor that, it is not possible to spend more than 90,000/- for 15 members to play since this amount is almost 25% of our members subscription collection. He added that he needed to justify all common members and allotted Rs. 10000/- more from budgeted amount of Rs. 30,000/-. President offered Rs. 5,000/- more from his side and the total amount became Rs. 45000/-

He requested the players, to contribute some amount from their side and the rest may be collected as sponsor since there are other welfare actives pending and those projects also need funding from sponsors. Treasurer informed the floor that he will send request to members for sponsor for the rest of the amount.

Mr. Senthil of Sensha Technology updated the status of the Roc Filling. He gave the assurance that the ROC Filling for the pervious years will be completed in a couple of months.

Immediate Past Treasure informed the floor that IT Returns are filed for the year 24-25, thru’ Sai Services of Mr. Arun on chargeable basis and he agreed to file ITR for nominal amount in future too.
