CAMS 2025-26 VII th EC Meet Minutes

VII th EC Meeting Minutes of CAMS 2025-2026 held @ UNION CLUB 

 Confed-ita has requested to select 1 member for the EVOLVE 360, it was discussed in detail and since the workload will be high, it was decided to send one person who will represent CAMS and he will be assisted by 2 other members. Open call for will be made shortly.
 
This year the Treasurer post for Confed-ita comes to Madurai. Members who had served as confed EC member with a minimum of  75% attendance in an year are eligible for the post.
 
Open call for will be made to self-nominate for the post of Confed Treasurer post.
 
Summit attendees must pay Rs. 750 on a carpooling basis, with CAMS covering the remaining amount. Members may pay Rs. 7500 (Confed Fee) + Rs. 750 = Rs. 8,250/- as cash to any one of the office bearers.
 
The EC floor has given approval to collect payment from outstation RD’S as sponsors for the family get-together and diary.
 
Family get-together will be organized in an exotic location with one night stay in a grand manner.
 
As around 25% of the total Member subscription is going to sports, treasurer wanted to give equal share to all the activities, so it was decided, to stream line the spending by giving importance to all our association activities.
 
Additionally, it’s critical to keep all of our activity costs inside our subscription collection so that even a regular member can manage the organization without the assistance of a sponsor.
 
We must try to keep the subscription charges within Rs 4,000/- + taxes.
All sponsors will be collected without mentioning any activity. 
 
All sports equipment, gears, sports kit after playing need to be submitted to Joint Secretary office. 
 
Total subscription will be divided to the maximum percentage as mentioned below for activities. We had made some small adjustments to accommodate other activities as well.
  1. Summit Travel                                                     – 5%
  2. Sports  (Cricket 8% + Badminton 2%)             – 10%
  3. Bachelors Trip                                                     – 10%
  4. Diwali Gift                                                             – 10%
  5. Reserve and statutory expenses                      – 12%
  6. Family Meet                                                         – 15%
  7. 11 EC Meeting   + 1 Outstation EC Meeting   – 18%
  8. GB Meeting                                                          – 20%
 
Participants are required to pay a participation fee ranging from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1000 for all association, sports, and activities. 
 
If any surplus amount is available year end gift will be given to members.
 
M/s. Ambal Computers : Mr. Ramesh will be completely removed from CAMS group, as he was given enough time to take GST, but he has not taken it till date.
 
The meeting adjourned with Vote of Thanks by Joint Secretary.
