Meeting was called to order by Secretary with Silent Prayer

 

President explained the  new bye law , EC floor approved with small  correction and  approved to proceed for new registration with Current President office 13, North Veli Street, Madurai as registered office and all EC and office bearers and advisors to give their papers for registration of Society.

 

After registration process Ec were requested to collect the 2020-2021 subscription fee of Rs.5000 from Dec and close the same before Jan 2021.

 

Floor approved for Confed Relief fund of Rs.500 per member and revised subscription fee of Rs.15000 instead Rs.10000

 

CAMS Shuttle Tournament to be held on December for that Mr. Ganesan  will be in charge   and Mr. Maran for Cricket Tournament and approved  fund for the event.

 

Floor approved for GST filing with existing Auditor with his fee Rs1000 per month  and Rs.500 for Nil Return filing.

 

Floor approved Rs.4500 to CAMS Web Page Maintainer including  Storage
